Good English writing skills are essential for you to gain a competitive edge in the workplace – this FREE English-for-Better-Career Workshop "Clear Professional Writing for the 2020s" will help you strengthen your workplace English writing skills.
This highly practical English workshop will equip you with the following skills:
- Present information to readers in small, easy-to-digest chunks
- Keep your tone conversational
- Know when and how to use an indirect tone
Participation is FREE. All participants will receive a Letter of Attendance issued by the Director of PolyU SPEED after attending the workshop.
Mr Richard McGeough is Head of the Centre for Professional and Business English (CPBE) of PolyU SPEED. He has nearly 30 years' experience in English language and communication skills training. He has worked extensively with professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, helping them to develop and refine the language and communication skills they need to communicate effectively at work. He is a dedicated believer in clear professional communication that conveys even the most complex ideas clearly and concisely.
The workshop is hosted by the PolyU SPEED programme BA (Hons) in Language and Professional Communication, offered in full-time mode and in part-time mode.
