課程獲香港人力資源管理學會認可。學生有資格申請成為香港人力資源管理學會的學生會員，畢業生有資格申請成為香港人力資源管理學會的準會員。
課程獲加拿大Chartered Professionals in Human Resources（CPHR）認可。學生可向加拿大Chartered Professionals in Human Resources（CPHR）申請豁免專業考試，畢業生符合相關專業經驗後，可向香港管理專業協會申請作正式會員。

- 在入學前未達到GUR本科學位語文及溝通課程要求（LCR）的學生，須額外修讀最多9學分，其中包括2科英文科目和1科中文科目，每科3學分， 分別是English for Academic Studies I、English for Academic Studies II 和 Chinese Communication for College Students / Elementary Chinese。有關額外的學分/科目要求，將會在課程臨近開始時，反映在學生內聯網的“My Graduation Requirements” 中。 有關學生須在開學後繳交相關的額外費用。
- 商業相關學系（即持有非會計／商業的副學士學位或同等資格的人士）並取得良好學術成績的申請人，其入讀本課程的申請也將被考慮。如這些申請人在入學前沒有修畢相關科目，則須額外修讀1科的基礎科目。有關額外的學分/科目要求，將會在課程臨近開始時，反映在學生內聯網的“My Graduation Requirements” 中。 有關學生須在開學後繳交相關的額外費用。
- 個別學生可能需要額外修讀輔助英語科目。入學前未達到英語要求的學生需要額外修讀輔助英語科目（3學分）。詳情請參閱「入學要求」部分。課程臨近開始時，額外的學分/科目要求將反映在學生內聯網的“My Graduation Requirements”中。 有關學生須在開學後繳交相關的額外費用。
入學要求
持有與商業相關領域的認可副學士學位、高級文憑或同等學歷。具有非商業相關領域資格的申請人也將被考慮，並且如果被錄取，則必須修讀適當的基礎科目。
註：
母語為非英語、且並沒持有以英語作為主要教學語言的副學士或高級文憑或同等學歷的申請人，應符合以下最低英文語言要求：雅思6.0; 或托福550（paper-based）/ 80（Internet-based）; 或 其他認可的英語評核中取得滿意成績。
個別情況可能會根據其自身情況進行考慮，相關申請人在入學時可能需要額外修讀 3 學分的輔助英語科目。
- 不具備上述資格，但在申請入學年度的9月1日之前年滿25歲的人士亦可提出申請。他/她必須展現足夠的動機、知識和潛力，以顯示出有很大機會能夠成功修畢該課程。此外，他/她可能需要修讀適當的基礎課程。
