You may apply for a refund of the registration fee and/or tuition fee already paid to PolyU SPEED (less HK$500 administrative fee) on or before 15 July 2022.

Refund Policy on Registration Fee and Tuition Fee 2022/23
The registration fee1 and/or tuition fee paid are neither refundable nor transferrable unless you have failed to meet the prescribed offer condition(s)2,if any, or you have met the following criteria:
EligibilityApplicants who have settled the registration fee1 and/or tuition fee with PolyU SPEED but are subsequently admitted to the following types of programmes (other than PolyU-SPEED award programmes) may apply for a refund of the registration fee1 and/or tuition fee:
Deadline for ApplicationApplications for a refund should be made on or before 15 July 2022 (Friday).
Applications made after 15 July 2022 will only be considered on an exceptional basis and PolyU SPEED reserves the right to accept or reject such applications.
How to ApplyApplications for a refund should be made to PolyU SPEED in writing via e-mail to speed@speed-polyu.edu.hk with relevant supporting documents, such as the offer letter from and/or the payment receipt of the acceptance fee to the institution concerned.
Refund ArrangementsAn administrative fee of HK$500 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Successful applicants will receive their refund by autopay in about two weeks’ time upon receipt of their bank account information. Requests for arranging the refund to other parties will not be entertained.
