How to Join “Back-to-School” Online Admission 

You only need to complete the following 2 easy steps:
 

1. Submit Application  

Submit your application on or before 23 July through our Online Application for Admission (OAA) system.
2. Book Meeting Session

Schedule your individual online meeting session on 23 July for your "highest priority" programme (as chosen by you on the OAA) with the application status "being processed". 

The cut-off time for scheduling a new or re-scheduling/cancelling the existing online meeting session is 3:45 pm on 23 July 2022.

Remarks: 

  1. You can enjoy the application fee waiver of HK$200 when you submit your application via the OAA on 23 July only.
  2. Before applying, please get ready the following documents for uploading onto the OAA:
    • Academic transcripts (full records) of post-secondary qualifications*;
    • Certificates of public examination results (e.g. HKDSE) and, if any, English language qualifications (e.g. IELTS or TOEFL); and
    • Supporting documents for professional qualifications and/or relevant work experience, if any.
  3. You can only schedule an online meeting session after submitting your application via the OAA.
  4. Before starting the online meeting, please get ready your original identity document, i.e. Hong Kong Identity Card (or Passport/Mainland ID card if you do not have an HKID card) for identity verification.  You are required to show your face and present the original identity document in front of the camera when being admitted to the virtual room. Please follow the instructions of the panel members of the online meeting.
  5. Applicants for BA (Hons) in Media and Communication Design are required to present their portfolios in the meeting session.
  6. You can check your application result after 8 p.m. on 23 July via the OAA.
     

* Those who will have reached the age of 25 before 1 September 2022 can also apply in the capacity of a mature student. Selection criteria mainly include work experience (such as years of work, relevance and rank) and relevance of the post-secondary programme completed previously. Mature students are required to pass an admission test arranged separately.
