Conference on Generative AI x Environmental, Social and Governance

On 20 and 21 August 2026, PolyU CPCE’s Division of Business and Hospitality Management and PolyU SPEED’s Research Centre for Green Business (RCGB) jointly hosted the Conference on Generative AI × Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), attracting over 320 participants on‑site and online.
Supported by the University Grants Committee’s Inter‑Institutional Development Scheme, the event examined applications of Generative AI in marketing, human resources management, and supply chain management amid the growing integration of ESG principles into organisational practices.
The programme featured 14 distinguished speakers from academia and industry and more than 50 paper presentations, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and practical exchange. The conference served as a vital platform for scholars, practitioners and students to explore the intersection of AI, ESG and business innovation.
