Dr Zerance Ng Interviewed by Ming Pao on Plant Fiber-Reinforced Polymer Composites Research

Dr Zerance Ng, Associate Head of Research and Associate Division Head of the Division of Science, Engineering, and Health Studies of PolyU CPCE, was recently interviewed by Ming Pao on his research titled "Development of Plant Fiber-Reinforced Polymer Composites (PFRPCs) with Enhanced Mechanical and Flame-Retardant Properties". This project, which received over HK$900,000 in funding from Research Grants Council (RGC)’s Competitive Research Funding Schemes for the Local Self-financing Degree Sector 2020/21, aimed to develop an eco-friendly composite material with plant fibre, graphene oxide and atmospheric pressure plasma treatment.
