Factory Visit to Yakult (HK)

On 8 June 2026, students from PolyU CPCE’s Division of Business and Hospitality Management embarked on an educational tour of Yakult (HK)’s Tai Po factory.

During the visit, the students observed the manufacturing processes of the company’s signature probiotic beverage and learned about the scientific research underpinning its development. Presentations also spotlighted the company’s sustainability initiatives and environmental management practices, underscoring its commitment to responsible operations.

The tour concluded with product sampling and a Q&A session, leaving the students with a deeper appreciation of food production technology, quality assurance, and the role of responsible business practices in the consumer goods sector.
