PolyU CPCE Students Recognised at FUJIFILM Business Innovation Design Competition

On 28 August 2026, four talent students from PolyU SPEED and PolyU HKCC were honoured at the award ceremony of the FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong Design Competition 2026, a prestigious platform that celebrates the creativity and professionalism of the next generation of design talent.
This year’s competition, themed “More Design in Hong Kong: Intellectual Property Character & Product Packaging Design Competition”, invited participants to create original IP design promoting “In-depth Tour of Hong Kong” and distinctive packaging for Hong Kong specialty souvenirs.
The contest attracted nearly 300 submissions from six tertiary institutions across Hong Kong. After a rigorous judging process, ten winning entries were selected, with the four PolyU SPEED and PolyU HKCC students standing out for their outstanding creativity and technical expertise.
The award ceremony was complemented by a Mini-Exhibition, where the winners showcased their work to media representatives and industry leaders. In addition, a Chit-Chat Session offered students the opportunity to share their personal backgrounds, artistic inspirations and design journeys , offering the audience deeper insight into their creative process.
