Study Visit to Shenzhen

On 29 May 2026, students from PolyU CPCE’s Division of Business and Hospitality Management participated in a one‑day study visit to Shenzhen. At the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, they explored mainland China’s banking system, RMB exchange policies, and the Greater Bay Area’s economic development initiatives.

This activity was designed to enhance the students’ understanding of regional financial integration and provided them with an opportunity to compare financial service practices between mainland China and Hong Kong. By bridging academic theory with practical industry knowledge, the students not only broadened their horizons but also further strengthened their determination to pursue careers in the banking and finance industry.
