Visits to The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong and Cordis, Hong Kong

To enhance students' understanding of sustainability in luxury hospitality, visits to The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong and Cordis, Hong Kong were organised respectively on 3 and 7 October 2024 for students from our hospitality management sub-degree and degree programmes. 

During these visits, rooms division and human resources executives shared insights into sustainable luxury practices implemented across their facilities, including guestrooms, restaurants, and amenities. These site visits provided students with valuable firsthand exposure to the growing trend of sustainability in luxury hospitality.
