Refund Policy

PolyU SPEED Taught Postgraduate Programmes

All the fees paid are neither refundable nor transferrable except for those who failed to meet the prescribed admission condition(s), if any, before programme commencement of PolyU SPEED taught postgraduate programmes. In such cases, supporting documents must be provided.

How to Apply

To apply for withdrawal and refund, please log into SPEED Online Application for Admission (OAA) and select “Withdrawal / Application for Refund” under “Application Details” on the left-hand side menu.

Please make sure to upload all relevant supporting documents in the same section.

Refund Arrangements

Successful applicants will receive their refund by autopay in about four to six weeks’ time upon receipt of their bank account information. Requests for arranging the refund to a third party will not be entertained.
