Career and Academic Prospects of PolyU-SPEED Graduates

PolyU-SPEED Award Full-time Graduate Employment Survey 2016 (as of end of December 2016 with a response rate of 94%)#

• 95.2% of the respondents were either engaged in employment or full-time further study*.
• The percentage of respondents pursuing full-time further study increased to 4.4% from 3.8% in 2015.
• Among the employed graduates, 85.9% secured the first job offer by the end of October 2016.
• The average monthly salary of employed degree graduates was around HK$13,350 representing an increase of around 3.5% over the previous year.
