Professional Talk Series - Blockchain and Food Supply Chain

On 20 November 2024, Dr Ming Li from PolyU’s Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering delivered a Professional Talk “Blockchain Fundamentals and Its Applications in Food Supply Chain” to PolyU SPEED’s BBA (Hons) in Foodservice Management and Entrepreneurship students. Dr Li, who has extensive research experience and numerous publications on blockchain technology, shared with the students the interesting history of blockchain technology and its transformative potential for the food supply chain.
