The BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering programme has provided me with a wealth of professional knowledge throughout my studies, offering numerous opportunities to collaborate with fellow students in group projects. Additionally, the programme has organised relevant seminars to enhance our understanding of potential career paths and the choices available to us in the future. These events have also increased our chances of connecting with relevant industries and fully utilising our talents and knowledge.

I used to work as a human resources officer in an engineering company. I have always had a strong interest in the industry and thought it had a bright future, so I decided to switch my career path. There are no relevant academic qualifications needed for enrolling in the BSc (Hons) in Surveying programme. What’s more, the programme is professionally accredited by The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the UK, etc. Such accreditation is beneficial for graduates to obtain relevant licenses to become a professional surveyor
